Problem with Quantity in product page in Quark Ecommerc

Hello, I have a problem with Quark E commerce template. I use VM 3.08 in http://getlockcase.com/new
I have problem with Quantity update in product page. When I want to buy 2 or more quantity of product this is does not counting in the cart. And when I push button add to cart the text massage is "1 x Lockcase for iPhone 6 was added to your cart." in all case.
When I give the new price with discount in admin panel for product "Lockcase for iPhone 6" for over 2 products the price does not changes again.
And the new one. I re-installed template and now I can not show Quantity in product page. And when I make the product in administrative panel with Quantity range 0 / 1 and after that I add new price with Quantity range 2 / 1000 on the front page the module News Show Pro GK5 shows the new price why?
