multilanguages website

Hello, can anybody advice how to proceed to create a multilanguage website on this joomla template? I have tried to use a standard process - to install languages, create categories, special menus, etc... nevertheless not all flags are appearering in switcher and the web does not go properly. Is there any other way to create it? Maybe using copies of templates for each language? How should I proceed in this case? Thanks a lot!!!
