Quark GK5 Tabs - Not Able to Add New Tabs

When I first installed Quark, the module GK5 tabs never had any tabs however the live website will still show the sample template installed. I was trying to change the tab text below from the template that was preinstalled, however this did not exist in that module:

1. Award Winning
2. Unique Technology
3. Price Table
4. Custom

I uninstalled the GK5 tab and reinstalled from the Quark download. I still cannot save any new tabs that I wish to add after I hit the save button. My website is http://www.viztioninc.com.

Please update tabs module to the latest version, than go to module configuration and clear browser's cache.
