Sorry but I don't understand your issue - all colors used in the template are defined in the variables.less file, so if you want to change these colors quickly - please just change the variables.less file and recompile the template LESS files.

Looking at the page typography, it's hard for me to judge whether the file also manages less color labels and warrnings not to mention the colors of the icons fontawesome.
In other providers templates color scheme is managed at the level of template style settings.

If it is a real issue for you - please just install in your editor an extension which displays colors like in Sublime Text the Gutter Color extension: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Gutter%20Color
