Could you better describe your issue? Because the classic menu with enabled option of fixed menu will work like at our forum.

not necessarily. White background disappears when you scroll to the top of the page.

In this case you have to restyle the initial state of the menu to a similar work - it is a custom work, beyond of our technical support - there is possible that it will need some improvements on the RWD layout.

So that everything is fine, but

"Fixed menu bar" - Yes or NO

— I miss the additions buttons in the settings menu:
"Menu classic bar always still" – the menu does not disappear when scrolling down.
"Menu classic bar always show" – also in the header positions
