Problem Menu Color Home Page

Hi,
I use Quark Ecommerce (very nice template lol )

I start from a fresh install (not quickstart) and I rebuild the home page, everything is working but I have a problem with menu color (font color) it s appear white and not black .... (and on all page it s appear white color )

How I can appear menuin black color (font) ????
(but When I scroll up the menu appear in black color ....)

In template / features / ID home Default (from my menu) ItemID 101 - frontpage fullscreen

And its working perfectly
