Hi,

Have noticed that we have not been receiving contact requests through our site. Upon testing, when flagging "send a copy to yourself" this is received but the contact request is not received.

In global settings we have tried sendmail, PHP and SMTP. What we have noticed is that if the contact email as set in contacts is for another email that is not part of our domain i.e. [email protected] and not [email protected] the email is received.

I thought this may have been to do with office 365 but have tried it against google as well with the same result.

Have read a number of forums and have noted that this has been an issue but there have been no solutions that I can find of any note.

Any guidance would be great.

Hello,

I afraid that you should consult this issue with your hosting company, please also check if th messages are not going to the spam directory.
