How do we make the module work with Mail Chimp? I see the action"#" but what Link would I put in there?

You have to use custom HTML code there or module which support Mail Chimp.
But one thing I'm sure you need also newsletter component not only a module from it.

Thanks, yeah I did get the component and module, but now need to make a custom stylesheet for the module so my layout looks close to what you guys designed, which Im not very good at, lol

So we have problem now.
Because we do not support other modules only from QuickStart and how you could seen they are just dummy code.
I fully understand you but officially I cannot help you with customization.
