Quark Quickstart Problem

Hey Guys,
I've installed Quark before, but I just uploaded the quickstart package on another server and I'm getting a weird looking install page...

No install or next buttons...

Any ideas?

EDIT: I've seemed to get it to install ok, but I can't login to the backend administration section. I enter my un and pw and it just reloads... no error message.

Probably not all files was transferred correctly.
Please reupload the files and start installation again.
