Menu and Video, restaurant template

Hi, great template, but I have 2 questions.
For the restaurant template: https://demo.gavick.com/joomla3/quark_restaurant/

1. How do you make the menu "top-right" corner menu disappear? If I go in Menu/UserMenu, I cannot disable the menu item "Home", so the menu stays there.

2. I'm trying to upload a video for the module "Book a table". The video you have in the "Quickstart" template is an ".mp4", I tried to upload a ".mp4" but it says "File extension" not supported. How did you do it?

1. Do You mean the word "Menu". It's using css, but it's an element of a button showing menu not a part of menu itself.

2. Here You will find basic informations about supported file types and it's codders: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp

1. It was easy,I could delete it in the template manager.
2. I could not upload the video through the media manager in joomla, I did it by ftp where I host my website.


Finaly, where do you set a background image where is the module "WHERE'S THE BEST PLACE TO GET A DINNER IN NEW YORK?" , I have not been able to do it.
