offline.php is always pulling the default offline.css

Hi There,

I like where Quark is going :) style LESS override. I found another issue, I guess you guys just forgot to include the style suffix in offline.php. I was wondering why the primary color is not changing and it turned out $style_suffix is not added so it will always pull the default offline.css.

By the way, I just found out that in helper.less.php $style_suffix is only applied to the main less? Why not just let all other less get overridden? Please see attached:

Additional explanation for the mobile CSS files - the override in this case is working a little bit different - in the style directory we are creating i.e. tablet.less file which imports a basic tablet.less file and adds style-specific fragments. Thanks to this we haven't to maintenance a lot of different files for every style - we are maintenance only files with additions to the base style.
