Video Size in Restaurant Theme

Hi,
I haven't found an answer for the following question:
I want to change the bar video to other one and need to know now if a video in the format 640x360 will be streched to 100% page width or do I have to use a 1280x720 one?

OK, has to find the answer by myself: yes it's possible to use 640x360.
