I try to install with "Quark Restaurant" and "Storefront" Quickstart-Package downloaded today. It dont work. It install a database but dont write a configuration.php

I try the same with another Quickstart-Package from another Developer. It works. So I think, the Gavick-Package got an error with the last update...
Anyone there from the Gavick-Team can help or fix this problem?

Hi what i think is that joomla can't write a configuration.php file. You need to make it by yourself the instructions are in the last page of the installation of joomla.

Make a file with text editor copy paste the configuration and save it as configuration.php and copy it to the right direction.

Really?! No installation routine anymore in Gavick-Quickstart?
The last time I did it with Mambo 2 or 3 (So about 13-14 years ago)

I've just installed Storefront, Quark and Quark Restaurant while helping users with their questions. Had no problems writting configuration.php file. I think Your XAMP is not configured to allow scripts to create new files. I saw that couple of times where server administrators tries to use additional security. Please check that.
