Subpage without article

Hi,
I have a problem with subpage creation in Quark.
For some subpages you have created some articles just for creating a menu item purpose. In that case subpage include only modules, article assigned in menu item is not visible.
Can you explain more how it's working? I want to create next menu position and on subpage I want have only modules (without articles). How can I create it? Where is relation between menu item and this "empty" article?

Ok, for subpages I can maintain it, but still I have that problem with "blog" subpage. Is based on K2 component.
I want to set my header (module), not that K2 header. There is some block

which should be removed, but I can't find it :/
Any idea?
