Main menu color is not the same in all pages

Hi,

I have been working on this site. http://www.ballardmfg.com

For some reason if you click on the Inquiries menu item, the page it displays shows a different color of the main menu items as well as the color when hovering over the menu items in this case it turns black and blue as you hover over...when you go back to any other page the menu goes back to white and light gray when hovering over.

We want to make all the menu items black and blue as you hover over as in the Inquiries page...

How could I make this change?

You are missing page suffix: "dark-bg" on that page.
