Quark 1.0.2 Template settings menu lost

Hi,

I have just updated the Quark template to 1.0.2.

I can't see the settings menu to configure the template modules (i.e: layout, fonts, cookie law, ...)

I installed a fresh copy using the quickstart zip file and the result is the same.

Is this normal?

maybe this can help, I had the same problem but now everything works fine:

So cleaning CMS/Browser cache and changing browser for test purpose can "fix it".
