Header video background function

Been trying to get a background like this in Quark.

I've used a couple of different modules from JED (and had a go at some codework that someone supplied) but the modules weren't fit for this template and the code thing I couldn't work out..

I was wondering if this is a function you would consider for quark?

They are made for wordpress afair, but you can easilly move it to Joomla.
