GK contact form

Somehow I don't seem to be able to edit this plugin.
When I check the plugins, this plugin is empty? All the forms are blank, but still the contact form shows the standard example content.
When I uninstall the plugin, it still is visible on the site?
After reinstalling still all fields are blank, I did add the recaptcha (that worked) but the content is still the standard content from the sample site Quark site?
What do I do wrong?

Solved, was looking in the wrong direction..
Contact Manager>contact..

Yes, the contact form is managed by the standard contact form - please also remember that the whole second column is created from the miscellaneous text.

How can I place a second contact form also to a different page ? The only possibility is through a menu item - that opens my second contact, but what if I want to place the second contact at the bottom of a regular page ??
