You wanted horizontal or vertical menu?

Because Classic menu --> means --> horizontal menu
Off-Canvas menu --> means --> vertical menu from right side after clicking on [=]

In this template you have only 2 options (Menu type)
and they works depending what you will choose (+ save settings), I even checked even 15 sec. ago on my J3 - all is okey

You're right it works very weird only when you're scrolling menu to top.
But it's how this company works. brrrr.
