change name in URL bar

Hi, URL bar appears name does not correspond to my site, my site called Graphictime and appears Quark - Universal Joomla !, kindly instruct me where I change this

You can change this under the Menu Manager > Main Menu > Home and on the Page Display Tab the first item Browser Page Title.
