Change Image Sizes

Hi

1 ) Please could you let me know how I can change the size of the header images on all my pages besides home page ?
i.e About , Work , Contact ?

2 ) How do I edit the " Work " page " portfolio 1" and " portfolio 2 " also the " Blog " page ?
