Keep The Image Aspect Ratio In Portfolio Grid

Hi, there

I really like this template, especially the full screen experience in the portfolio grid layout. ( Featured on this page https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/photo/ ... folio-grid) I see that the image in this layout have fixed heights (on different screen sizes). So in most of the times, the sides of the image get cut.

However, I want to keep the images at a fixed 16:9 aspect ratio, and still keep portfolio grid layout full screen with no padding.

Can you help me with that?

It will not work - think about portrait screens (mobile devices, tablets etc).

On portrait screen, the grid would just become one column and the images stack on top of each other. I tested it from a design perspective, it works great! Most importantly, I don't want to let the cut and lose its aspect ratio.

From a technical perspective, I know it is feasible, for example you can see the images on http://www.aquest.it/en/works . But I cannot do it on my own. So I would really appreciate you guys could help me!

I'm afraid this is beyond our technical support and could be only done as a payed custom job .
But if you are good at html and css - you can try to solve it on your own and ask only for small help/changes.

Alright. Can you tell me how much for the paid custom job and how that work? I also want to keep other images to their original aspect ratio, such as the gk-wide-images. Would you help me with that, too?
