Hide menu, on small screens resolution

Hello, I see that the main menu, disappears under the footer, and it can´t be scroolled, you can see this effect too in the demo template page (photo), I test it on my android phone and in the others responsive web design emulators. I can see the problem on resolutions 320x480, 480x800 and 800 x480, over this resolutions the main menu opens correctly.

here is the screenshot, the menu disappears under the footer, and there is no way to scroll up it to show it in full.

Are You using our demo to test it ? I've just tried with couple of devices and menu scrolls for me. Please take a look at the video I've made during a test.
