Custom_post_type category

Hi!

I'm using custom_post_type on my website, for this I using Jetpack of WP.com which creates the CPT with categories and tags.
I duplicated and renamed single.php to single-jetpack-portfolio.php and works well, but the CPT's category that appear next to the number of comments don't load properly.

For when you Themes of Gavick will be with their own CPT?
