Menu doesn't expand

Hi folks,

A bit of a weird one, I had a call from someone saying that the menu on my site did not expand when they clicked it. I hadn't done anything on the site save the regular Joomla updates and your template updates, so I'm not sure what might have caused that as it worked fine previously.

There are no errors in console, nothing to suggest there is a problem, but it just doesn't do anything. The lines spin around, but nothing expands.

Any ideas?

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website, either here or via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

I have just visited Your site and menu always works for me (tested with different devices and browsers).

I believe during an update some changes were brought to this functionality, but browsers updates HTML as first while files as javascript and css can still be loaded from cache. Please try clear cache and let me know if this still happens. If yes, tell me the exact url and a device/browser I will be able to test it.

I remember this post and we have already included a fix for that occasion. Please send me an access to ftp, tell me the exact name of the device this problem can be seen and I'll pass it to programmers for a fix.

I'm on the latest version of the template according to the update checker, so that's a bit weird.

I'm using the Dell XPS 15 laptop running Kubuntu.

Is Dell XPS 15 laptop a tuch device ? I meant a device user used when He had such problem. I only have iPhone and a Huawei devices to test it and none of them has such problem. Were You be able to recreate it somehow ? Maybe it was users device loading some browser advs or something similar.
