Removing Read More on NSP 5

H there, I am trying to remove the readmore on the Frontpage NSP 5 Frontpage; but when I do, all the text from the slide/article disappears. So when I turn the readmore back on, the text appears but I dont want the readmore cause I am just wanting to use it as a slideshow but not link to articles.

I also cannot get rid of the '...' that proceeds the end of the text. I tried just using a space but it still is there.

You can always hide it with css. Please leave "read more" enabled and please post an url to your site.

And I cant get rid of the three ... either by URL unless I was to use nonumbers remover.
