Problem TRANSLATE

I have looked, I have done overrides the template in contact, the content and nothing happens.
I can not change the title of the page CONTACT!
The code that appears is:
<h1 class = "header"> Contact </ h1>
That is, there is no language tag or anything that I can change.
I can not even find where that is.
I have looked in the contact component in the template in overrides language and NOTHING.
How do to change that title ????
I have already entered:
COM_CONTACT_DETAILS = "Contato"
COM_CONTACT_CONTACT_VIEW_DEFAULT_TITLE = "Contato"
COM_CONTACT_DEFAULT_PAGE_TITLE = "Contato"
And still does not work.
Already changed the menu just for PORTUGUESE and still not changing.
