Multilanguage

Hi, I dont get the multilanguage to work in this template. Could you please advise.
I have the switcher active, the templates in each language, the menu and artciles, categories for each languange.
This will have about 7 languages, but the only thing that appears is the module in the front end is the word "languages", but no flags or choices when i use the dropdown.

Although this template does not really go to multilanguage any way read me etc remains in english

I believe such behaviour is when content languages are not added or has a wrong tags. So if any one has experience that please look into Content Languages section in joomla.
