How to integrate the "Facebook Like"-button with Facebook?

Hi,
I'm a rookie and a little bit confused of how to integrate the "Facebook Like"-button with a Facebook page.
Apparently has other themes a parameter/option, e.g. "Social API" where you're supposed to add the Facebook ID but I can't find the parameter in the "Steak House" theme.

What I would like to accomplish is:
1. The visitor on my webpage clicks the "Like"-button and enter a comment
2. The like and comment is automatically shown on the Facebook page.

Do I need a Facebook App ID as described in https://thechamplord.wordpress.com/2014 ... ok-app-id/ or...?

Unfortunately this feature is not included in SteakHouse theme, you have to use 3rd party plugins.
