Edit 'Online Reservation Form'

I would like to slightly edit the Online Reservation Form by simply removing the 'party size', remove '* For parties larger than 20, please contact us at (00) 123-456-789' and change 'Make Reservation. to 'Make Appointment' Could you kindly put me in the right direction

Please edit your reservation shortcode and use something like:

[GK_Reservation email="[email protected]" info=" " fields="date,time,email,name,phone,special"]


but if you want to change 'Make Reservation' label and don't want to edit plugin files, you should translate the plugin.
