How may I disable the first image (that one with icons in the footer) and enter directly to the menu and other contents... ?

Hi,

You can remove the content of the "Frontpage" page (used as a frontpage template) but the logo and background image will be still there, this page is necessary to use the frontpage template based on other pages. You can also remove the background image in Appearance -> Customize -> Header image section.
