Sub page Information and Location

How do I get the Information and Location "pages" to appear on my subpages like in the Steakhouse demo, Our Story page?

I want those to appear on every page, but when I add as a widget, I don't get the right styling.

You should use widgets, did you add the custom css class to your widgets? i.e. "map" for the location text widget?
Could you send me a PM with backend access to your website? THen I'll be able to check the issue.

That was it! I was missing the "Widget Rules" button. All fixed now. Thanks for your help.
