News Show Pro Smaller + Contact Us Alignment + Anchors

Hello I'd like to ask the ff:

1. I want to make the news show pro thumbnails smaller but when I tried to edit the html width and height, it's not possible. How do I go about this?

2. (Connected to the news show pro) - I want the anchoring of the menus to be on a designated area of the page. How do I go about this? My News/Events page crops the "Find More News" button in smaller desktops.

3. Contact Us Alignment, I am experiencing misalign columns since I have 3 plain text columns and no contact form. Column #1 is one line higher than Column # 2 and 3 on smaller desktop (mac pro 13") but ALL are align on a bigger desktop. How is that? All have the same css properties.
