problem for image in content

hi,
i published some picture in contents but when i go, using the default editor, to resize the immage it dos it but when i go to the front end the visualizzation of the picture in the content is 100% why?
it's like if it takes not the resize of the editor ...

how can i fix this issue?

I can see the page, but I see no oversized images anywhere. The one on top is downsized since it cannot use a biggere size than a place available for it and the bottom images are all 300px in dimensions and in displaying.
