How to update a template from "quickstart"

Install the "steak-house" Joomla template using gk_steakhouse_quickstart_J! 3.zip version 3.11. He currently is on version 3.18. How can you upgrade? Do you have to uninstall the template and upload the new, or have to reinstall the "quickstart"? I would appreciate an explanation step by step. My url is http://www.qualitaweb.es. If You have quickstart installed than You can simply download just a template package and install it over the one You have.
