Do you know what could cause the header text to be jumpy on pageload? I'm having an issue with the H1 title on this page:

Dear John,
I didn't saw it, maybe compress CSS used by template (check template settings) this will reduce number of loaded files and load time will be reduced and no jump any more on your Internet connection.
