Domain name extension, please help!

Hi,

I have created my site and it's ready to publish, but when you go to my domain name there is a white index page with two links:
Index of /

favicon.ico
gk_events_quickstart_WP_41/

When you click the second link you get taken to the site, but there is an extension of /gk_events_quickstart_WP_41/ at the end of the domain name, which I obviously need to remove.

I've searched your documentation but can't find instructions. I desperately need to get this site live today, please advise.

Hi,

You should upload content of gk_events_quickstart_WP_41 directory directly to your root directory (i.e. public_html).
Now you have to move your wordpress installation or redirect it into your main domain.
