giving link to a speaker's page

I want to give link to specific speakers' pages on events page. For instance here is one of my events: http://itef.kalemkultur.com/?page_id=111. On the right, speaker's name (Constantin Göttfert ) is written on the custom field. I want this name or names to be clickable and by clicking them i should go to this speaker's page (in this case, this page: http://itef.kalemkultur.com/?page_id=70). is this possible? can i make the content in the custom fields clickable? i may use this feature for the venues as well...

i copied some linking codes from other custom fields in speakers page and figured it out. this is a cool feature, sorry for bothering....
