Translation of Custom Fields

Hi,
I use the theme Events with WPML and I'd like to translate the Custom Field "Partner type", but WPML can't find it. How can i translate it? It's not the value (e.g "Gold partner") i want to translate, its the text "Partner type".

I thought i could find it in "string translation" in WPML.
Maybe this question is more of a WPML issue?

I think the easiest way to translate it will be adding translated custom fields to your pages (Add custom field with the same name but use translated value).
