No Scroll Reveal Visual Effect!

hi,, I have installed this theme by quickstart. No Scroll Reveal Visual Effect on the frontpage!... NO navigation menu display. Left-side links of Event List in the upcoming event section doesn't work. my website: http://112.124.61.180/ please help! worry.....
