Margin for text logo

When I set Logo-type on "text"....

In a first screen is centered text logo up on homepage (for example). In a second screen is text logo in left side on homepage and on another pages after scrolling down (also in Joomla articles or K2 articles). This is correct... ...but in a third screen is text logo on early in all Joomla articles and K2 articles. Help me with this, please.

I have a Problem with Main menu. On the Homepage is items in the Main menu "correct", but on the subpages is last item in Main Menu on right "over the screen". I try it on the small screen resolution 1366x768px.
