How to reduce top and bottom spaces on Speakers moduel

Hi,

Two issues I'm having with Speakers module:

1. I want to reduce the top and bottom spaces on the speakers module. Can you please advise how can I do that?

2. When I mouse over to an article on speakers module it shows an icon. I will have different types of icons when the user put their mouse on an article? Please advise how can I change the icons?
