installation 500 error

hi,

I complete the installation , no error message to show and I can access the Administrator site. But I can't access the site using gk_events template . It show HTTP 500 internal server error. Then I apply other template beez3, or protostar, it works and I can access the website. But after I change back to use gk_events template, but also show HTTP 500 internal server error. Could you advise?

Why no one reply my question? ?? No services?

BTW, I reinstall on new Linux server. I can't access the website. It shows nothing.

Hi

First make sure everything is up to date. If it is please check in error log what problems appears before showing error 500. This will give some clue about what can the problem be.

Hi again. Just saw Your other message. If it's showing a blank page set error showing level to max in joomla global settings, this should show the fatal error breaking the site.
