Template color doesn't change

Please help me,

I bought the events template and I've installed the quickstart. The deault color is Orange, style 6.
I try to change the templater color in admin area but nothing happens.
Help me please, is this a bug????

I hope no.
And did you checked/tried color switcher from front-end (colors dots) at the footer ?
They worked or not?
