Social Networks (Feed)

Hi there,
I am having some trouble with the "We are also on the social networks" module.

When I go to: Extensions > Module Manager

I am not sure where I am supposed to put in my Twitter ID.
Do you know how do I get the Twitter feed to start working on the site?

Currently it displays "Any data to display".
