important information not visible in some screenshots

Could you please tell me what it is supposed to say in the "Article format text" field here:

(PS- Have you considered setting up demo sites where the back-end is visible? It would be really helpful.)

Guys - where is tech support?

I ended up having to use the quickstart package and set up an entire new website just so I could look at back-end settings to get the answer to this which would take 2 secs.
