Events Manager "QuickStart" missing (modules)/components

I just uploaded your Writer Quick Start template, and I am having the same problem I had with The Events Quick Start template. Whatever you did that fixed my Events site here (http://conciergeemp.com/events/), can you do the same here: http://poetclectic.com/home/

I think you disabled creating the thumbnail option.

Right now, my site shows a blank screen. The same issue with my previous site you helped me with. Please let me know what credentials you need from me for my website (http://poetclectic.com/home/), and I will email them to you.
