How it is that Bootstrap comes cancelled?

I have several extensions of payment on the site, and according to many of them that I had problems with its extension is so that this void bootstrap like this is possible, and where I can prove it.

Our template is not using bootstrap by default, so if those extensions needs it, than I believe it came with a bootstrap library on it's own and can be enabled in it's settings or something.
