Disable responsive on this templete. Urgent!

Hi,
there is no option this to be done like in other templates. I have no idea why you made this decision. Anyway, I need asap to turn any responsive look. Please tell me how.

Responsive layout is a standard nowadays. Not sure if EU law does not require it either, I know there were discussions about it.

Edit file /layout/default.php and delete line:

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=2.0">


and remove all the code from tablet.css, mobile.css, small.desktop.css etc, just do not delete files. This should do.
