Curser won't become a "Hand" when you hover on links

Hello there,

i think this is a small issue, i've been working on this website for almost a week now and i have done pretty much of small small modification to the template with the help of the forum, however i realized now when you are hovering on any links on the website the mouse curser does not turn in to a "hand", it actually does, but with in less than a second it becomes an arrow again, please visit the website and see if there is a quick fix for this.

Where are the links You have this problem with? I've checked couple on frontpage and cursor stays hand for as long I have it over the link.

Is it happening in all browsers ?

Hi, thank you for taking time to see to it, i also just visited the website and checked it, looks like that problem is not existing anymore, it was on Safari, Chrome and Firefox all. maybe it was a problem with my computer and after a restart it automatically got fixed. anyway can't be so sure. for now i think we can close this thread.
